What’s in store for Moo’s Tennis Blog in 2016

The 2016 tennis season is just a few days away and after a much needed break, Moo’s Tennis Blog will once again be a hive of activity! It’s taken a while, slightly longer than usual, but i’m craving live tennis. Once again, i’ll be concentrating on the WTA in 2016. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to cover both tours. Also, men’s tennis doesn’t do a great deal for me right now – I found the World Tour Finals to be rather stale. I’m waiting for some new faces to break through and I think that is still a few years off.

2016 will be more of the same with plenty of previews, predictions and recaps. I’m also planning a new review feature for 2016 and hoping to have more guest posts from readers (see HERE). If you have an article that you would like to post on Moo’s Tennis Blog, then please get in touch by using the contact form HERE or e-mail me at MooTennisBlog@gmail.com.

I’ll be posting on my social media pages during the year…

The first main draw is out on Friday and the first tournament previews (slightly updated this year!) will be published at the weekend. As always, I will endeavour to keep the blog updated each day and I hope you will continue to support Moo’s Tennis Blog. There were over 5,000 comments on posts in 2015 and i’m hoping it will be another successful year!

A very Happy New Year to you all! 😀

  1. Happy New Year,James.i started the new year with bad luck:)))my Vika must face Halep on the second leg in Brisbane.hope for revenge though:)))

  2. Are you going to do any men’s predictions this year? I agree the men’s world tour finals were dull, that why I like the 250 tournaments. New players & new first time winners. The slams are great but no upsets same with the 1000s/500s. I love your picks with men’s draws and hope you keep doing them! Happy new to you!

    • Happy New Year to you too, Peter. Yes i’ll be putting up some ATP predictions from time-to-time. I gave up towards the end of last year but i’ll make an effort to put some up this year starting with Brisbane and Doha. I’ve looked at both draws and Doha in particular doesn’t have a great deal of depth apart from the big names!
