Being a diehard fitness enthusiast for my whole life I have tried so MANY fun and challenging exercises. I love trying new exercises that help strengthen the entire body…

Today I am going to share one of my newer favorite exercises to strengthen the hips. When the hips are strong it reduces pressure on the back, knees, and feet, which equals a happy body 🙂 This exercise just works and I know you won’t be disappointed.

This exercise is simple, effective and will really help you get a stronger body. Aim to perform this 2-3 days per week for 10-15 reps on each side and trust me your body will love you!
