The Krane Training Method™ – Strengthening the back of your body

Ryan here… We all know how important it is to exercise on a regular basis. It helps strengthen your immune system, controls your weight, and boosts your energy. I always recommend to my clients to exercise at least 2-3 days per week. Are you the type of person who goes to the gym and does the same workout? Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading….

Don’t get me wrong, regular exercise and going to the gym is an accomplishment, but everyone’s workout needs variety to keep the exercise program fun and spontaneous. Most of the times I am in the gym I see people working the same muscle groups and NEVER address the backside of their body because nobody sees it. Isn’t that crazy?

I remember in high school everyone in the weight room used to only focus on their chest and biceps because those are the only muscles that you can see…. Today I am showing a top exercise from WebMD to strengthen the backside of the body… This exercise is awesome and I know you will find it incredibly useful.
