It’s Ryan here…

We all know at least one person who has suffered from some sort of knee pain, right? Did you know that in June of 2011 over 100 million people suffered from chronic pain? Isn’t that wild?

One of the most effective ways to prevent chronic knee pain is by strengthening the hips. You see the hips drive the direction of where the knees are going and when the hips are strong the knees are HAPPY!

Sounds interesting right?

For many of my clients with knee pain we focus extensively on hip strengthening exercises to minimise their knee pain and keep their knees in proper alignment. When the hips are strong the knees are facing straight ahead in proper alignment similar to a car driving in a straight line down the freeway.

Today I am sharing an easy exercise that you can do in the convenience of your own home or office to strengthen your knees. It’s so EASY to do..

Here’s the video!

This exercise has done wonders for my clients all over the world… Give it a try and let me know how it helps you!
