One wrong move with your feet often leads to sprained ankles. Lateral ankle sprains, which are the most common usually, occur from these two things:

  • falling
  • jumping and landing improperly

The best way to prevent ankle sprains is by properly performing ankle strengthening exercises to strengthen all the ligaments in the ankles. Today, I am going show you an easy exercise that you can do to prevent your next ankle sprain.

All you will need for this exercise is a stretch band and two hands and you are all set!!
