I hope you had a great Labor Day weekend and got to spend some time with your family and friends. I enjoyed some fun in the sun at the beach and it was a great weekend….

When I woke up Tuesday morning I immediately felt tight and sore from skipping a few days of stretching and boy did I need my morning stretching routine….

I felt tight and sore in my lower back and I knew this glute stretch would help me big time. When the glutes get tight it tugs on the lower back causing pain, soreness and for some people inflammation. After I performed a few sets of this stretch I immediately felt better and ready to conquer the world.
