Wimbledon No.1 Court

Getting There

The roads around the AELTC get pretty chock-a-block during the Championships, and on-street parking is a big no-go. JustPark lets you reserve a space on a local driveway, often for a fraction of the price of the official parking. With the size of the driveways in Wimbledon, there are loads of spaces just a stone’s throw from the courts. Perfect for a quick getaway at close of play.

If you’re not taking the car but opting for public transport instead, there is no better pocket guide than Citymapper. Every Londoner’s best friend, this handy app lets you plan your route via a combination of transport options. With live travel updates and prices, you can work out the quickest and cheapest way to the Championships – timing your journey perfectly to catch the first serve of the day.

Food & Drink

When you arrive in Wimbledon and find yourself peckish for something more than strawberries and cream, TripAdvisor is a really useful tool for finding some good grub nearby. Listing hundreds of restaurants within a short walk of the AELTC, check out ratings and reviews before choosing a place for pre-match food.

If play finishes on time and you fancy grabbing a bite to eat, book a table at a local Wimbledon restaurant through the OpenTable app. Giving you star ratings, value for money, and available dining times at a wide range of eateries, you’ve got all the info you need in the palm of your hand.

Scores & Stats

Live Tennis Scores + News

Not only a resource for scores and news but a gamified experience for the armchair enthusiast, this app lets you challenge your friends and other tennis fans across the world in predicting match results at the tournament.

Official Wimbledon App

Giving you unrivalled access to live scores, results, draws and order of play, the official Wimbledon app is always worth a download. With background images that change throughout the day and live content streams from the championships, get the full experience of a day out at the AELTC with this handheld companion.

Fun & Games

Hit Tennis 3

A perfect time-killer for when the covers come over – even better than Cliff Richard singing in the rain. Simple and satisfying, Hit Tennis lets you smash cross court forehands that Nadal would be proud of with some well-timed swipes of your phone screen.

Stick Tennis

The undisputed king of Flash sports games, Stick Sports’ tennis-shaped offering is just as helplessly addictive as the others . With the tagline ‘easy to play yet difficult to master’, this will cost you hours if you’re not careful – usage strictly limited to travel time and breaks in play.
