Racket Rally standings for the Moo’s Tennis Blog league: Update 1st March, 2015

Another week has passed on Racket Rally and it was another good one for Moo! Five shares in Lucie kept me afloat and i’m contemplating whether to purchase more.  Next week is a quiet one and i’ve decided not to bring in any players for Kuala Lumpur or Monterrey.  I’ve only made one change which was to get rid of Petra.  I was mortified doing this, but it is for the good of my team!!! She’s very expensive and I only had two shares so with Indian Wells, Miami and CLAY coming, I thought it was worth getting some shares in cheaper players… I haven’t decided who yet.  Petra will back in my team for the grass court season ready to scoop up a billion points when she wins Wimby again 😉

Pykey21 was this week’s top scorer with a whopping 50 shares in Bethanie Mattek-Sands who won a round in Acapulco and 11 shares in Bernard Tomic.  Rifmelody’s eight shares in Safarova (good on you!) proved to be fruitful as was the four shares in Bacsinszky.  Woznowuss had another good week and maintains a healthy lead in the total standings.  My brother, ma01dp is sitting pretty in 2nd place but mootennis is on the rampage and up to 4th! After a sorry start, i’m slowly getting to grips with this and my annoying OCD of keeping up-to-date with games like this should serve me well.

  1. Hahaha, I’m Rifmelody, I hadn’t even noticed I had such a good week :p. I haven’t made any changes in my team since it’s started and my strategy was to buy as many Czechs as possible, haha. It’s finally paid off, lol.
