Moo’s Tennis Blog is going on vacation

Moo’s Tennis Blog will be taking a short break as I will be on holiday for the next ten days. This season has been a bit manic, particularly through Indian Wells and Miami, and it feels like a good time to take a break and recharge the blogging batteries ready for the clay and grass court seasons.  I am really enjoying blogging with my new WordPress site this year and it has made things a little easier for me.  It can be difficult to get the blogs out, particularly with time differences, but I have become quite economical with my time!

Thanks to everyone who has been reading the blog this year.  I appreciate everyone’s comments and I try to respond to all of them but sometimes they slip under the radar.  I’ve been trying to add a few new features this year with my tournament reviews.  Over the next couple of months, I’m planning to bring in a new series of “match recaps”.  I don’t have time to watch as much tennis as I like, but where I do and if I have an opinion, I’ll post some thoughts about particular matches that I am able to watch.  Sometimes it gets a little tedious doing details previews and predictions for each day, but that will remain the focus of the blog during tournament weeks.

There will also be some new pictures and trip reports this summer as I’ll definitely be attending the AEGON International in Eastbourne for two days (tickets and hotel all booked!).  I’m also hoping to go to Birmingham and Wimbledon too. This will be my fifth straight year at Eastbourne and I am just as excited as the first year I went.

If you have any comments or questions about the blog, things you like, things you don’t like so much, things you’d like to see, then I am always open to opinions.  You can send me a comment using the contact form below.  If I have any internet on hols then I may keep in touch with Twitter so if you’re not following me, then please do so with my Twitter handle, @MooTennisBlog. Enjoy the end of Charleston everyone and I’ll be back week beginning 14th of April with a belated preview for the ATP Masters 1000 event in Monte-Carlo!
