Kei Nishikori has recently partnered with Wilson on their new performance racket, “The Burn”. In the video below, Kei play tests the racket built for booming power and massive topspin, and the court can hardly contain his shots. The Burn is designed for baseliners, featuring a carbon fiber frame that’s specially engineered for the task, including a larger sweet spot, rounded hoop for aggressive vertical swings and a longer handle for two-handed backhands. I thought this would be of interest to Kei fans, of which i’d definitely class myself as one. Kei will play his first match at Indian Wells on Saturday against the winner of the first round match between Ryan Harrison and Mardy Fish.
